Well, it ’s the first time I’m writing in this magazine. I don’t know if this is the right section for my comment. I have a little question to think about… I’m a 19 year old girl interested in fashion (for me it is pure art) and I live in an italian town which is very provincial.
Precisely for this reason if I wear something special and extravagant people looking at me like I was ‘crazy’ and without taste. Ok, never mind! But the real problem is that the girls considered ‘in’ that populate my town, even if they go around with ripped stockings are always fashionable.
Oh God! Where is the good taste? When I’m wearing my MIU MIU pumps the girls look at me if I were shobbish and boys if I were a sort of high level ‘escort’. The main problem is that those people wear fashionable clothes in order to appear ‘in’ . There is no other way to get noticed in my city. If you want to buy something special you MUST shop in only a place (yes….we have only a boutique which has many brands, from Lanvin to Dior)…but if you don’t shop there…you’ll be obviously out.
I had never bought anything there…but I don’t feel out. The reason is that I prefer buying clothes in boutiques in Florence or Rome because I fell ‘in’ when I have the possibility to choose my clothes without being judged by narrow minded people.
Dear friends, I would just cultivate my passion without being judged in any way. Yes, I consider fashion as art…a way to express myself…of course with my Prada bag!

Take my advice…express yourself. Don’t care about narrow minded people
I totally agree! Just GO girl! :)
Sure ;)
I understand you because sometimes I have the same feeling during my everyday life. That’s why I started blogging about how to become a REAL FASHIONISTA and a REAL LADY: Maybe you can find interesting my blog!
