Diane Pernet, founder and curator of A Shaded View on Fashion Film, one of the worlds first and most prestigious Fashion Film Festivals, invites students to submit films to the ASVOFF STUDENTS COMPETITION, 2012

One of the main objectives of ASVOFF students competition, is to create an international creative platform for students, nurturing and premiering their work online, in the context of Diane´s global network, fostering an important dialogue between students, schools, the industry and curators.

1) Production of a 1 minute film under the brief:
“AMUSE”: Entertain suggests acts undertaken to furnish amusement, to make somebody laugh or smile (Student Submitted films are to be inspired by the theme AMUSE)
2) Deadline January 1st, 2012
3) Submit your student film at www.asvoff.es
4) All student films will go through a pre-selection comittee.
5) Selected student films will become part of an online fashion film archive
6) 1 prize is awarded to the best student film, the prize is an exclusive sculpture made by Miguel Villalobos
7) A selection of the best films will be screened at ASVOFF Barcelona, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, January, 2012, the winning film will be screened at ASVOFF 5, Centre Pompidou, 2012.
